Client: T-Mobile
Sector: Telecommunications
Project: Website
March 2010
There are lots of misconceptions about contact centre jobs. And T-Mobile wanted to nip them in the bud. We thought the best way to do this would be to let people have a nose around their Greenock, Merthyr and Doxford Park sites. So we set up cameras in all three contact centres and created ‘live’ feeds to the website showing what it’s really like.
And that was just one bright idea on a site full of interactive features. Our whole approach was to get rid of the usual pages and pages of copy, and instead present the useful information in a more immediate visual way. A way that would encourage people to ‘get in on the action’, click around the site and see where they fit in.
