Having won the Employer Brand category at the CIPD Awards in 2009 with our work for Merck Serono, the parent company's Head of HR Comms, was keen to see what we could do with an even bigger challenge.
What followed is probably the most comprehensive global employer brand programme our industry has ever seen. And certainly the biggest that Peer Group or ThirtyThree have been involved with. The end result brought some much needed consistency to their corporate employee comms, but was flexible enough to accommodate more targeted messages in different countries and specific areas of the business.
